I-66 westbound ramp to Prince William Parkway nighttime closures Aug. 11, 12 & 13
WELLINGTON – Weather permitting, the ramp from westbound I-66 to Prince William Parkway (Route 234, Exit 44) will be closed for paving Tuesday night, Aug. 11; Wednesday night, Aug. 12; and Thursday night, Aug. 13, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation.
The ramp will be closed as follows:
- 11 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 11, to 4 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 12.
- 11 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 12, to 4 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 13.
- 11 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 13, to 4 a.m. Friday, Aug. 14.
Westbound I-66 traffic will be detoured via the Sudley Road (Route 234/Route 234 Business, Exit 47) interchange, which is located three miles prior to the Prince William Parkway interchange. The detour route will be: Exit 47A (Route 234 Business to Manassas), southbound Route 234 Business, and westbound Balls Ford Road (Route 621) back to southbound Prince William Parkway.
