Virginia Beach cocaine dealer sentenced to eight years in prison
Andre Lawrence Shorts, 35, of Virginia Beach, was sentenced to 8 years in prison for possession with intent to distribute cocaine and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.
